To schedule your On-Site Home Clearing, please add to cart and check out here to make your deposit. An On-Site Home Clearing is priced by the square-footage of your home, and the travel time is also factored in. On-Site Home Clearings are generally in a range of $800-1500. This deposit will secure your in-person/on-site home clearing on my schedule.

Once I have received the notification that you’ve made your deposit (I receive an email), I will contact you to discuss the square footage of your home and provide you with the total price quote for your On-Site Home Clearing, and we can then schedule the day I will come to your home. I prefer to arrive by 9:00 a.m., and the entire home clearing clearing will take several hours to completion.
